Ready to start your Autumn Detox?

1 November / The Prep

First, you can do some grocery shopping to make sure you have everything you need for your Autumn Detox. You'll receive a comprehensive list of products to stock up on beforehand. You can choose from the long list.

2 November / The Foundation 

Make sure you know what you're getting into. On this day, we'll gently map out your habits and patterns regarding nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle.

3 November/ Soul language

What's the language you speak to your body, and more importantly, do you know your body's language? This day will give you clarity on your relationship with your body and what you can do to fine-tune it.

November 4th/ Personal body & soul plan.

What do you want to experience in your life? How can you align your life with daily worries, desires, and wishes through regularity, rhythm, and calm? How can you integrate a lifestyle that brings value to your life?

5 November / Q's & A's Day - Live Webinar

This live webinar will answer all your questions. We'll meet in a live webinar where all your questions will be answered. You can email me your questions in advance.

You can also ask questions during the live webinar. We'll truly connect with each other and inspire you to learn from others.

November 6 - Bonus Day / Reward Yourself

This day is all about YOU. You can reward yourself for the commitment and ownership you've given this week. It's also a day to reflect on the past week. What went easily? What was difficult? What did you learn?

Ayurvedic

Many of the recipes you'll receive daily by email have an Ayurvedic foundation. This ancient nutritional philosophy embraced by every yogi. It's based on eating as much unprocessed food as possible, cooking your own meals, and consuming meals that balance your doshas. (You'll learn what this is this week!).
